Returns

To be eligible for a refund, all items returned to The White Markets must meet the following conditions:

Returns must arrive within 14 days from the date your package is delivered.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original designer garment tags still attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
Lingerie and hosiery must be returned in unopened packaging.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
As returns are being shipped internationally, they will incur a fee of $35. Returns over $800 will incur an additional $50.
