Shipping

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are expected to reach customers 3–10 business days after confirmation.

Please note that shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. The White Markets cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, payment approvals, and similar matters.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses, as our couriers require a signature upon delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from The White Markets or fail to take the necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after an attempted delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to The White Markets. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

For our clientele, we take care of all customs duties and taxes, allowing for a seamless, worry-free experience. The price you see is the price you pay, with no hidden fees upon delivery.

Duty Exception

If multiple purchases are made and shipped to the same person on the same day, customs may treat them as a single shipment, which could result in duties being charged. In such cases, any duties assessed will be billed directly by U.S. Customs and Border Protection—not by The White Markets.
