Shipping and Delivery

Shipping

Shipping is 70 euros for orders under 400 euros and 40 euros for orders over 400 euros.

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are expected to reach customers 3–10 business days after confirmation.

Please note that shipping times are based on the time from collection and are intended to be indicative only. The White Markets cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, payment approvals, and similar matters.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses, as our couriers require a signature upon delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from The White Markets or fail to take the necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after an attempted delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to The White Markets. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Exclusive Customs & Duties
We are unable to cover customs duties at this time. Once your order arrives in the US, DHL will contact you directly to arrange payment of the required duties.
